* Booking & Payment:
– To ensure vehicle availability and facilitate service planning, a 24-hour advance notice is required for all bookings.
– Your booking is only confirmed upon full payment receipt.
– Payments accepted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
– We accept PayNow (Singapore Local Bank Transfer) and Credit/Debit Card (a 5% processing fee applies).
* Pricing & Surcharges:
Prices are net and include chauffeur service, fuel, and tolls.
– Late Night Surcharge: S$10 per transfer / hour (11:00pm to 7:00am).
– Distance Surcharge: S$10 per transfer for journeys exceeding 30km.
– Stopover surcharge (Singapore):
> S$10 per stopover below 20km.
> S$20 per stopover above 20km.
– Peak Season Surcharge: Applies for eve and actual day of public holidays, school holidays, national events.
* Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations within 24 hours: Amendments or cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are not permitted and will incur the full service charge.
– Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: We will process a full refund, subjected to a S$20 admin fee.

* General FAQ:
Q: Is ‘Meet & Greet’ service provided for airport, cruise, or ferry arrivals?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary ‘Meet & Greet’ service at the arrival hall with a signage board bearing your name for airport, cruise, and ferry arrivals.
Q: What should I input the service time for an airport arrival? What if my flight is delayed?
A: Please enter the scheduled flight arrival time (ETA) as your service time. Our operations team and dedicated chauffeurs will actively track your flight in real-time. This means we will be there to pick you up according to your flight’s latest movements, even if it is delayed.
Q: Can I request a round trip?
A: Yes. You can request a round trip by completing the booking form for your initial transfer, and providing the return trip details such as the date, time, locations and flight details in the Remarks/Message section. This allows you to avoid re-entering your name and contact information.
Q: Do you provide child seats?
A: Yes, we can provide up to 2 Mifold child booster seats (for children ages 4+) upon request. A fee of S$10 per child seat applies. Please note that as required by Singapore’s Road Traffic Act, all children under 1.35m in height must be in an approved child seat or restraint. For children below the age of 4, clients will need to provide their own approved child seat or restraint.
