Operating Hours & Booking:
– Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM daily.
– Coverage for Mainland Singapore & Sentosa ONLY (NOT AVAILABLE for Tuas area).
– Booking Confirmation: Reservations are strictly locked in only upon receipt of full payment.
– Advance Notice: Minimum 24 hours advance booking required to guarantee vehicle assignment.

Waiting Time & Flight Tracking Policy
– Arrivals (Airport / Cruise / Ferry): 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from your flight’s actual landing time (ETA tracked in real time) or scheduled ship berth time. Beyond 60 minutes, waiting time is charged at SGD 10 per 15-minute block (subject to vehicle availability).
– Departures & Point-to-Point Transfers: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up time. Beyond 15 minutes, waiting time is charged at SGD 10 per 15-minute block.

Child Safety Seats & Booster Policy
– Under Singapore Road Traffic regulations, all passengers under 1.35m in height must be secured using proper child restraints or booster seats.
– We provide Mifold child booster seats (suitable for children ages 4+) upon request at no extra charge. Parents/guardians remain responsible for confirming suitability for their child.

Pricing, Surcharges & Extra Charges
– Inclusions: Rates are net and cover chauffeur service, fuel, ERP tolls, and standard parking.
– Late Night Surcharge: SGD 10 per transfer/hour for pickups between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
– Distance Surcharge: SGD 10 per transfer for single journeys exceeding 30 km.
– En-Route Stopover Surcharge: SGD 10 per additional stop along the direct route.
– Out-of-Way Stopover Surcharge: SGD 20 per additional stop requiring a major detour.
– Peak Season Surcharge: SGD 20 per transfer or SGD 20/hr for charters (Applies on Eve & Actual Days of New Year, Chinese New Year, Christmas, Major Public Holidays, and F1 Grand Prix Period).

Payment Terms
– All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
– Payments accepted via PayNow (Singapore Local Bank Transfer) or Credit/Debit Card (subject to a 5% processing fee).

Amendment & Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations > 24 Hours Notice: Full refund minus an SGD 20 administrative fee.
– Cancellations < 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: Non-refundable (100% service fee applies). A no-show is declared if the passenger fails to contact or meet the chauffeur within the complimentary waiting window.
– Schedule Amendments: Flight delay adjustments are managed automatically. Voluntary schedule changes requested within 24 hours of pick-up are subject to vehicle availability.
